ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for min. 6 months) - physically fit

Passport (valid min. 1 year)

Strong on Bridge and Deck 50% on each

Strong leadership skills

Strong organizational skills

Very detailed 

Strong Safety training knowledge

Solid history of crew management

Solid product knowledge

Strong Tender skills 

VISA: B1/B2 visa, Schengen as needed.

Package: Salary and Package are within yachting guidelines. Seafarers agreement will be issued.

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
