Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bosun to join a 47m+ support vessel, working alongside a dynamic, adventurous and down-to-earth crew.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in holding their own watch, eager to learn from senior officers and is ready to lead and motivate the deck team while maintaining high operational standards.
The perfect candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a Bosun role on vessels of a similar size, with previous proven longevity of at least a year or more on any vessel. Someone who can handle some Nav duties as well as feels confident operating large tenders is important as there are two 36ft and 38ft tenders onboard, so comfort with driving vessels of this size is key.

Candidates should hold a YM qualification, along with a couple of OOW modules, though completing the OOW is not a requirement. Diving, fishing and any watersport skills a huge bonus as the vessel is part of a dive based fleet and will be in Asia/ Pacific for 2026.
HLO/HFA or Heli-deck Assistant experience is a bonus as well as familiarity with crane operations.
As a support vessel, there will be minimal guest interaction, but high standards of professionalism and attention to detail are still essential.
€4500-5000 DOE.
90 days leave (this is not a 3:1 rotation).
Annual raise and course training budget.
Start date mid-March latest.
Applications through YOA are preferred and will be beneficial to your chances of being interviewed*
