The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Chief Stewardess to join a private, family-oriented motor yacht.
The yacht operates seasonally in the Bahamas from October to July, with a yard period from July to October and a short trip planned for late February. The successful candidate should be available to join within the next couple of weeks.
The yacht is Cayman-flagged. Candidates must hold valid STCW, ENG1, and a B1/B2 visa (if required). Professional standards and guest service are a priority.
The crew structure includes a Captain, Chief Stewardess, First Mate, Deck/Stew, Deckhand, and Chase Boat Captain. Crew are shore-based, living in a crew house at the marina. We are open to a Captain and Chief Stew couple
