Summary

Female chef wanted for 27m San Lorenzo MY

Start 1st June until mid September

The boat is mostly private with a couple of charters booked so far (a 7-day and a 10-day charter)

The owner will not book back to back charters so that the crew can have a break between charters

The chef should be a good all rounder with international cuisine experience and strong Mediterranean cooking skills

The owners are not looking for Michelin star quality, but fine dining skills are a must.

The chef should be confident handling dietary restrictions or allergies for any of the charter guests and be well organised.

When the owner is onboard it can vary from 2-8 guests

Time off will be at the captains discretion. Important to note that the rest of the crew have been with the baot for a number of years

As with any smaller boat, team work is very important and a can do attitude is a must. The chef must have a positive dispositions and outlook and not fold under pressure.

The chef should have a flexible approach to work and be willing to help out others if need be.

The boat will mainly be cruising Italy and the surrounds.

Salary is €5000 a month + tips, which is a good salary for a boat this size. So the quality of the candidates should reflect this. Please don't apply unless you fit the above the criteria.
