Job Description:
We're looking for a dynamic and passionate Chef to join this +60m Private MY.
Someone ready to bring creativity, consistency, and excellence to a seasonal program. Candidate will be integral part of a tight-knit crew and expected to work with autonomy, flexibility, and professionalism.
The ideal candidate is with a positive, hands-on, and proactive approach and strong longevity on yachts of a similar size. Strong foundation in Mediterranean cuisine (Italian preferred), capable of designing and executing menus tailored to private guests, including dietary adaptations. Skilled in provisioning, budgeting, and managing galley operations.
We're looking for someone willing to stay long-term. High standards are essential.
Non-smoker, no visible tattoos. Dry boat.
