Requirements: Valid STCW, ENG1 (or equivalent Medical Fitness Certificate). Candidates must hold an EU passport or any nationality not requiring a Schengen visa.
We are seeking a Chief Engineer for a 60m private yacht with a low-key family environment, therefore discretion, professionalism, and discipline are essential.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role on yachts of comparable size, be hands-on, proactive, and reliable.
Important details:
- Strict no-alcohol, no-smoking, no-vaping policy on board.
- Non visible tattoos only
- No couples considered.
- No parties or celebrations on board — birthdays to be celebrated ashore.
- No shore leave while the Owner is on board.
- Crew expected to be on standby 24/7 during the season.
- Strong NDA and social media restrictions apply (no photos or online posts).
Fluent English required
Leave days: 60 days
