Cruising: Dual season Med / Red Sea
Rotation: Flexible. After 1/1.5 years. Open for the right profiles only.
We are seeking a talented and consistent Chef to join a 40m new build preparing for its first season in summer 2026. This is a great opportunity for a Chef who values quality, balance and modern cuisine.
Please note that the galley is quite compact, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable and confident working in smaller spaces.
What we’re looking for
• Previous experience as Yacht Chef in a similar program
• Open to nationalities. Quality always comes first
• Strong in Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine
• Confident with healthy, clean and balanced menus
• Comfortable with halal friendly cooking
• Calm personality, team oriented and professional
• Open to rotation depending on cruising program
Your focus
• Deliver high level cuisine without unnecessary complexity
• Adapt menus for both family cruising and guest entertainment
• Promote a healthy and modern food philosophy onboard
• Work closely with the Chief Stew on service flow
• Maintain consistency, hygiene and smart provisioning across regions
