The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a Stewardess to join the interior team onboard a 58m, 2023 build private motor yacht. This is a rotational role within an interior team of four, offering a positive crew dynamic, supportive leadership, and excellent owners.
The yacht is home-ported in Miami with an itinerary including Venice, Croatia, the Mediterranean, the Americas, Caribbean, and Central & South America. Start date is immediate, ideally within the next week and no later than the end of the month. B1/B2 and Schengen visas must be in hand.
Candidates must have a minimum of one year's experience, valid STCW and ENG1, and be confident working in a fast-paced private yacht environment. Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
The role covers all interior duties including laundry, housekeeping, service, cocktails, guest interaction (including children), themed tables and activities. A strong eye for detail, efficiency, and teamwork is essential.
We are looking for a positive, motivated team player with a love of travel. Interest in health, fitness or sport is a great fit. Manicure/pedicure or Pilates experience is a bonus but not required, with opportunities to learn and grow onboard.
