Summary
TYS Recruitment is seeking an experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a world-cruising 45m+ sailing yacht. This is a highly regarded, adventurous program with an outdoors-led ethos and exceptional crew longevity. Having recently completed a three-year circumnavigation, the vessel is currently in the Caribbean and preparing for an action-packed 2026 itinerary.
The owners are hands-on, energetic, and value a calm, respectful onboard culture. This role works within an interior team of four, supporting a long-standing Senior Chief Stewardess who champions a nurturing, "leader-not-boss" management style. We are looking for a professional who takes pride in being the face of the vessel and can assist in elevating the guest experience through creativity and high standards.
The Itinerary
- Current: Caribbean season (St. Barths Bucket in March)
- Spring: USA cruising, including Miami & New York
- Summer: Mediterranean season with busy charters & the America’s Cup
- Winter: Brazil for Christmas & New Year
- Future: South Pacific cruising at a slower pace
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a kind, polished, and proactive 2nd Stewardess who thrives in a hands-on environment. You should be someone who leads by example, supporting and training junior crew while maintaining impeccable interior standards. A natural beauty who takes pride in their appearance and possesses a "can-do" attitude will fit perfectly with the owner’s preferences.
Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience as a 2nd Stewardess on 40m+ vessels.
- A strong charter background is essential.
- Confident across mixed service styles, including family-style and silver service.
- A love of fitness, diving, and the outdoors is a strong cultural fit for this active crew.
- Ability to provide a portfolio of tablescapes and event planning is highly desired.

- Salary: €4,500
- Leave: 45 days
- Extras: €1,500 annual training allowance
