The Role
TYS is delighted to be recruiting for an Account Manager on behalf of the world’s leading international provider of luxury yacht uniforms. With a 45-year heritage, our client is the undisputed industry leader, known for their commitment to quality and exceptional service to the global superyacht fleet.
Based out of their European Headquarters in Antibes, this role is perfect for a proactive, sales-driven professional who enjoys a mix of office-based account management and face-to-face business development on the docks.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Retention: Manage and nurture a large portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring captains and pursers receive world-class service.
- Proactive Growth: Beyond managing inbound leads, you will actively "dock walk" and use cold outreach (phone/email) to secure new business.
- Networking: Act as a brand ambassador at major yacht shows and industry networking events.
- Sales Excellence: Prioritise tasks effectively to meet sales targets and respond to client requests in a fast-paced environment.

- A Natural Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal English skills (essential for daily client correspondence).
- Sales Savvy: You have a proven track record in business development and feel comfortable with face-to-face selling.
- Industry Enthusiast: An interest in fashion/apparel or the maritime industry is a significant advantage.
- Resilient & Driven: You possess a positive attitude, are coachable, and are motivated by a goal-oriented commission structure.
- Local Resident: You must be able to commute daily to the Antibes office.
