Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and professional Captain for a 28m Charter MY, built in 2024. The position is seasonal and subject to charter operations.
The ideal candidate must have previous charter experience on vessels of a similar size and demonstrate strong leadership and crew management skills. A solid understanding of charter operations is essential, including guest management, compliance with company procedures, and operational efficiency.
The Captain will be responsible for the safety of the vessel and crew, while strictly following the organizational and operational directives of the owning company, both in timing and execution.
The yacht operates as a charter vessel, with the Owner present on board only when the yacht is not chartering. The onboard atmosphere is formal, requiring a professional demeanor and excellent presentation at all times.
Fluent English and Italian are mandatory. The Captain must be a serious, reliable professional, well-presented, and capable of commanding and managing an international crew effectively under charter standards.
No smoking, no tattoos. Male candidates as per owner request.
