Chef Wanted for UHNW Family in Palm Beach
2-3 day trial to be conducted before March 5th
Position to start soon after this date
This is a temporary position for 3-4 months
The residence has 4/5 chefs, all working on rotation between the different family homes, all located close to each other. The chefs operate on a rotation time-on, time-off schedule, and Sundays are always a day off.
Family eats only organic produce and likes California-style cuisine
Food service is high-level white-glove dining
The family travels a lot and has homes in NYC, Colorado and Georgia, and the chef will be required to travel between these locations
Accommodation is either in staff housing or a hotel located close by
The chef may also be asked to make meals for the private jet
The chef could also be asked to go shopping, as this is delegated amongst the chefs on occasion
There is no budget for food purchases
The pay rate is an agreed day rate up to $1000 USD per day, with all travelling expenses covered
The chef should be a team player and have a sufficient skill set to work at this level
Only US citizens and Green Card holders should apply
