Summary
Reiya Group is seeking an experienced Bosun to join a 100m+ private/charter yacht operating on a world-cruising itinerary. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, professional deck leader to manage a busy deck team and ensure smooth yacht operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a deck team, overseeing daily operations, maintenance and exterior presentation
- Operate and maintain tenders, jet skis and watersports equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, STCW requirements and vessel policies
- Plan and supervise watersports activities and related equipment
- Maintain deck stores, inventory and technical logs
- Support training, drills and development of junior deck crew
- Assist in maintaining exceptional standards for guests at all times
Requirements:
- Yachtmaster in hand (minimum)
- B1/B2 visa in hand
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a Bosun on 90m+ yachts
- Strong seamanship, leadership and safety awareness
- Experience managing a deck team in a busy operational environment
- Ability to maintain high standards of luxury service and presentation
- Available to join beginning of March
Package:
- Salary: 5700 per month
