The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Female Deckhand to join a 100m+ private yacht on a rotational contract. This role is ideal for a team-oriented deckhand who takes pride in maintaining high standards across all deck operations and enjoys working within a professional, structured environment.
The successful candidate will assist with daily deck maintenance, wash-downs, tender operations, and general deck duties while integrating positively with the wider crew. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills are essential to thrive in this role.
