The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a strong and highly experienced Head of Housekeeping to join a busy 85m private yacht. This role is suited to a confident leader with a minimum of one year's proven HOH experience on a similar-sized vessel, who is capable of maintaining exceptional standards in a demanding, detail-driven environment.
The successful candidate must be comfortable balancing hands-on leadership on the floor with all housekeeping administration, supplier coordination and inventory management. This is a role that requires excellent time management, strong organisational skills and the ability to lead by example. Candidates must be proficient in Pinpoint Works and Sortly, as these systems are integral to the yacht's housekeeping operations.
