Summary
We are seeking an experienced and flexible Seasonal Sole Chef to join a 25m M/Y operating a mixed private and charter program in the Mediterranean.
- This role suits a confident sole chef who enjoys creating fresh, well-balanced cuisine while adapting to both owner preferences and charter guest expectations.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for all galley operations, including menu planning, provisioning, budgeting, and maintaining high hygiene standards.
- You will be expected to deliver a high level of presentation for charters while also providing healthy, varied meals for owners and crew.
- Previous sole chef experience on yachts or in high-end hospitality
- Experience working on both private and charter yachts preferred
- Ability to cater for varying dietary requirements and guest preferences
- Strong menu planning and provisioning skills within a compact galley
- Confident producing owner, guest, and crew meals
- Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Food hygiene certificate preferred
- A salary of up to €5,000 is on offer with charter tips
- Start date ASAP, although can be flexible for the right person
