First Mate required for a well-run 35m Private M/Y
- We are looking for an experienced, hands-on First Mate to join a professional crew on a privately owned yacht operating primarily in the Mediterranean
- This is a long-term role for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, works well as part of a small team, and is confident supporting the Captain in the day-to-day running of the vessel

- Happy to look at someone with a YM ticket who is working towards their OOW
- Solid navigational and watchkeeping skills
- Strong tender driving experience
- Good yard experience is required
- Good engineering awareness and maintenance knowledge would enhance your application
- Professional, positive attitude and good crew management skills
- Salary €4,500-€5,500 DOE
