Summary
We are looking for a Deckhand to join a exciting 100m + World cruising M/Y. Currently in Europe for a yard period ahead of the Med season 2026.
The programme features off the beaten track itineraries with active outgoing owners and guests. Watersports and tender driving is large part of the role.
The Ideal Candidate
- 1/2 years experience on a 75m+ MY
- Yacht rating in hand or PBL2
- Watersports is highly sought after and beneficial
- Additional skills such as carpentry, fishing, surfing and videography welcomed
Salary: DOE / USD
Discretionary annual bonus and training package included
Rotation: 3:1
Visas: Schengen / B1/ B2 in hand.
