Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional female Deckhand to join a 65m+ Private Motor Yacht.
The yacht will spend the winter in Livorno undergoing warranty work, offering valuable shipyard exposure, before launching into a busy Mediterranean season, followed by world cruising.
This is a private programme centred around relaxation and family time, with a close-knit crew of 17, creating a supportive and professional onboard environment.
The Role
The ideal candidate will be energetic, professional, and keen to develop within a high-calibre private programme.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Deckhand on a similar-sized yacht
- Yachtmaster Offshore preferred
- Strong deck operations and maintenance knowledge
- Schengen visa or EU passport required (due to yard period)
Start Date: ASAP – January 2026
Package
- Salary: €3,000 DOE
