Deckhand / Physiotherapist – 80m+ Private Motor Yacht
We are recruiting for a unique dual-role position on board an 80m+ private motor yacht.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a background in physiotherapy who is also keen to be fully integrated into a professional deck team

The Role
This is a dual-function position, combining deckhand duties with physiotherapy-focused support for the owners.
- Primary focus on injury rehabilitation, recovery, and injury prevention, particularly post-training
- Working alongside existing wellness professionals onboard
- When not engaged in physio-related duties, the role will be fully hands-on within the deck team
Candidate Requirements
- Physiotherapy degree (essential)
- Open to candidates with varying levels of yachting experience
- Must be comfortable working as part of a deck team
- ENG1 & STCW (valid)
- PWB2 minimum
- B1/B2 visa preferred (but may consider candidates without, due to the niche nature of the role)
Package
- Rotation: Likely 3:1 (subject to change)
- Salary: DOE, structured according to experience and qualifications
