Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bosun to join a dual season Private / Charter 70m+ motor yacht
You will be responsible for leading the deck team, ensuring all deck duties and maintenance are carried out to the highest standards.
The Programme has excellent crew longevity and morale, you will play a key role in fostering a vibrant and active onboard atmosphere.
The Ideal candidate
- four years of industry experience on similar sized programmes
- proven leadership capabilities with experience in a Bosun role.
- Proficiency in handling larger tenders is essential,
- valid Schengen Visa or EU Passport
- Yacht Master Offshore certification, with progression towards Officer of the Watch modules.
Rotation: 2:2 structured as 8-week on, 8-week Off
Start Date: May 11th 2026
