We have a great opportunity for a Bosun to join a 75m private/charter program operating between the Med and Caribbean. This vessel is known for excellent crew culture, fair leadership, and a genuine commitment to training and long-term development.
Program:
- Private/charter program with a dual-season Med/Caribbean itinerary
- Joining a well-established, supportive team with clear standards and structured progression pathways
What we’re looking for:
- Proven Bosun experience on 50m+ yachts, or a strong Lead Deckhand ready to step up
- Yachtmaster Offshore in hand
- Someone who values longevity, communication, and a collaborative crew environment
- Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
