DECKHAND/DIVE INSTRUCTOR 75M MY:
We have a great opportunity for a certified Dive Instructor or Divemaster to join a 75m private/charter program operating between the Med and Caribbean. This vessel is known for excellent crew culture, fair leadership, and a genuine commitment to training and long-term development.
The role:
- Dual Deckhand and Dive role covering exterior operations, maintenance, water sports, guest activities, and diving operations
- Private/charter program with a dual-season Med/Caribbean itinerary
- Joining a well-established, supportive team with clear standards and structured progression pathways
- Start date: 1st March
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience on similar-sized yachts
- Dive Instructor qualification preferred, but open to Divemaster's
- Strong deck skills, good work ethic, and a proactive, team-focused attitude
- Confident in guest-facing operations during private use and charters
- B1/B2 visa required
- Someone who values longevity, communication, and a collaborative crew environment
- Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
