Requirements:
Proven record of captaining 30m+ for 3+ years
Good verifiable references
Good longevity
You will be responsible for managing crew and accounts
Good history of crew longevity - responsible for hiring your crew
Strong Italian build experience
New build/warranty experience
Solid engineering skills
Waterjet experience
Happy to be based outside of the US with yard periods in the US

Job details: The owners are experienced and enjoy using their yacht. They also want the captain, along with the charter brokers to establish a nice charter program in the Bahamas. They will run with 3 -4 full time crew.
It is important that the crew enjoy cruising the Bahamas. The crew quarters include two cabins which accommodates 4 crew. There are two heads and a crew mess area as well. It is a beautiful sleek Italian built yacht. They are excited about the delivery of a larger yacht next year.
