Summary

We are seeking a Sole Engineer for a 35m motor yacht based in the United States, offering a rotational schedule of 28 days on and 28 days off. The ideal candidate will possess AEC 1 and 2 certifications or a USCG engineering license, along with a minimum of six months' validity on their ENG 1 medical certificate. Responsibilities include maintaining and operating all engineering systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs. Candidates should have a strong background in mechanical engineering, ideally with experience on larger vessels or familiarity with Dutch boats and European power/electric systems. A commitment to one year is required, and applicants must be local to the WPB area, possess a valid US passport or Green Card, and be vaccinated against COVID-19.
