B1/B2 visa
STCW + Refresher as needed
Food hygiene
Current Marine Medical (ENG1). 6 months minimum
Passport (6 months minimum)
certificates/visas in hand.
Conversational English level required.
Good verifiable references
Proven longevity.
Previous experience preferably onboard similar size yachts or in a similar high-pressure environment.
Strong background in fine dining and five-star service
Strong cuisine knowledge/expertise such as USA, French, Italian, Indian, Thai, Greek, Asian, Vegetarian and Pastry. Other cuisines expertise valued.

Responsibilities:
- Cooking for owners, guests, and crew.
- Flexible about dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Prepare healthy and varied meals for crew.
- Provisioning, inventory, budgeting, and cost control.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation.
- Work as a team with the interior department.

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines, DOE. All year-round position.
