50m motor yacht based in Fort Lauderdale/Miami with regular trips to the Bahamas is looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a busy private/charter programme (approx. 50/50 use).
Seeking a calm, organised and drama-free leader who is confident in a guest-facing role and able to deliver high standards of service for both family use and charter guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience as Chief Stew or strong 2nd Stew on similar size yachts
- Solid charter and guest service background
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Positive, professional and adaptable attitude
