Position to progress to Head of Housekeeping
We are working with an 80m private yacht with a fantastic multinational crew of 23, seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join in March.
The Details:
- Rotation: 2:2
- Salary: €5000
- Bonus: 13th month included
- Start Date: March
- Itinerary: Maldives, Thailand, Oman
- Crew: 23 – close-knit, friendly, and social mix including French, Swedish, and other nationalities
The yacht runs with a warm, professional atmosphere. The owner and guests are Russian (non-sanctioned), and usage is low and relaxed, with trips that tend to be short and spontaneous.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as Head of Housekeeping or Second Stewardess on a larger vessel
- Strong leader
- Positive, adaptable, and ready to step into a leadership role
- Open nationality – the crew is multicultural, and the Chief Stewardess is French
- Preference for non-Russian speakers; open to Filipino or other international candidates
