Salary: €4,000–€4,500 DOE
We are recruiting an excellent 2nd Stewardess for one of the best vessels we work with, known for its outstanding reputation and professional onboard culture.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can confidently run and support the interior team, with a genuine passion for training and mentoring junior crew. Experience on larger vessels, advanced service skills, and additional courses or certifications are highly desirable.
Key Requirements:
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong service background (advanced service preferred)
- Interest in training and developing crew
- Experience on larger yachts
- Excellent longevity and references within previous crews
