Summary
Captain – 24m Motor Yacht (Permanent) | Cyprus
We are seeking a professional and experienced Captain for a 24m private motor yacht based in Cyprus, operating with a total crew of four. This is a permanent position with a Cyprus homeport.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Captain on similar-sized motor yachts
- Valid and relevant certifications
- Mediterranean cruising experience required
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
Salary & Bonus
- €4,000 net per month
- End-of-year bonus calculated as 50% of the Captain’s salary for the period the owner is onboard
- (Example: if the owner is onboard for 3 months in the year, the bonus equals 50% of 3 months’ salary)
Future Opportunity
The owner has already purchased a 30m motor yacht currently under construction. Candidates must hold certification suitable for a 30m vessel. Subject to performance, the successful Captain will automatically transition to command of the 30m yacht upon delivery from the shipyard.
