Summary
We are looking for a motivated Stewardess who is ready to step up into the role of Chief Stewardess to join our 39m motor yacht based in Cyprus, cruising throughout the Mediterranean. This is a permanent position where you’ll lead a team of three interior crew members and help create a warm, welcoming environment for the owners and their guests.
Your main responsibilities will include overseeing daily interior operations, keeping the yacht beautifully presented, managing inventories, and working closely with the galley to ensure memorable dining experiences. Regular owner trips and guest visits mean your eye for detail and passion for great service will really shine.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role, enjoys organizing, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.
Starting salary: €3,500 for the first two months, with the opportunity to increase to €4,000–€4,500 based on performance and owner feedback.
