The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Deckhand to join a 100m+ private yacht on a rotational contract with an immediate start. This role is well suited to a team-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards across all deck operations.
The successful candidate will support the deck team with daily maintenance, wash-downs, and general deck duties while contributing positively to a professional and well-structured onboard environment. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to integrate into a large crew are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a deckhand looking to gain experience on a large private yacht with a stable rotational schedule.
