The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a capable and motivated 2nd Officer to join an 80m+ private and charter yacht with an immediate start. This role is suited to a professional officer who is confident in navigational duties, watchkeeping, and supporting bridge operations on a busy, well-run programme.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a strong understanding of bridge procedures and safety management systems. You will work closely with the senior bridge team and be expected to contribute positively to onboard operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Experience on large yachts and exposure to charter operations will be advantageous.
