The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 130m+ private yacht, starting 1st March. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a dedicated and professional interior team on a well-run vessel, where high standards are expected but a fun and sociable atmosphere is encouraged.
The successful candidate will enjoy a 2:2 rotation and a single cabin, leading a motivated crew in a collaborative and positive onboard environment. This is an ideal role for someone confident in managing a team while contributing to a warm and professional onboard culture. The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, as it is highly guest-facing and involves regular interaction with the owners and their guests. The Chief Stewardess will be expected to anticipate needs, provide impeccable service, and ensure a seamless and memorable experience onboard for everyone.
