Summary
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Seasonal Female Chef to join a 35m Private M/Y for its first Mediterranean season.
- The ideal candidate will be confident cooking for both owners and guests, with a strong focus on fresh, healthy, and flavourful Mediterranean cuisine.
- You should be comfortable catering to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences, and able to present well-plated meals in a relaxed but refined private yacht environment
- For the right candidate, the position could potentially turn into a permanent position, cooking in the owners villa in the SOF throughout winter
- Previous yacht chef experience on a similar size vessel preferred
- Strong culinary background with a varied repertoire (Mediterranean, international, healthy options)
- Confident provisioning in the Med and working within a set budget
- Organised, clean, and efficient in a yacht galley
- Positive attitude and good team player
- Able to work independently and manage all aspects of the galley
- You will have at least 4 years of experience as a yacht chef, or 2 years yacht and a solid restaurant background
- Due to cabin arrangement, We are looking for a female chef only
- A salary of €7,000-€8,000 is on offer depending on experience
- The position will be to start at the end of March until the end of October
