The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an experienced Service Stewardess to join a 70m+ private yacht for a busy Mediterranean season. This is a highly guest-facing role suited to someone confident delivering a high level of service in both formal and relaxed settings. Service will primarily be buffet and plated, requiring excellent presentation, attention to detail, and strong guest interaction skills.
The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time with guests and must be polished, personable, and professional at all times. A strong hospitality background is essential, along with a calm and capable approach in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be confident, honest, hardworking, kind, and approachable, with the ability to integrate seamlessly into an established interior team. Europe-based candidates are preferred due to logistics.
