THE ROLE
A 63m MY is seeking a hardworking, eager, low-ego Deckhand to join their tight-knit, high-performing deck team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build longevity and progress in their yachting career.
- You will be joining a vessel with an exceptional onboard dynamic, built on teamwork, respect, and a genuinely positive atmosphere, and they are looking for someone who works well in a no-ego, team-first environment.
Candidates who can bring additional skills to the team, such as basic engineering abilities, confidence in drone flying or videography, and strong watersports leadership will be prioritized.
PACKAGE
- Salary: Industry standard
- Leave: 60 days
- 13th-month bonus (Captain’s discretion)
- Contract: MLC / SEA
REQUIREMENTS
- Yacht Rating or Yachtmaster Offshore
- PBL2
- PWC
- STCW + PDSD - valid
- ENG1 - valid
- 1–2 years deckhand experience
- No ego, strong work ethic — must be a grafter
- Wants to learn, progress, and be busy
- Long-term career mindset in yachting
- Comfortable with guest interaction and watersports
- Visa: Must have B1/B2
Preferably no South Africans for cultural balance
