We are seeking a well-established, experienced couple – a 3rd Stewardess and a Deckhand – to join our professional and high-performing crew aboard a 50m private/charter yacht.
We’re looking for level-headed, mature individuals who live an active, healthy lifestyle, and are ready to commit to a tight-knit team with extremely high standards and a no-drama, positive culture with a proven track record of crew longevity
???? 3rd Stewardess Requirements
1.5 years’ experience on charter yachts
Well-rounded experience across all interior duties
Comfortable in a busy charter environment
Organized, professional, and excellent presentation
B1B2 visa
Food hygiene level 2
???? Deckhand Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience on deck
Holds Yachtmaster certificate
Strong seamanship and waterman skills
Large tender driving experience with guests is essential
Able to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision

✅ Couple Requirements
Have been in a committed relationship for over 1 year
Preferably worked together previously on a yacht
Non-Smokers
Small, discreet tattoos acceptable
Must value professionalism, discretion, and a respectful team culture
