The Spa Manager is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organisation, and integrity of the spa and interior guest areas while delivering the highest standards of wellness treatments, hospitality, accommodation, and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide all spa-related guest treatments to the highest professional standard
- Oversee the function, cleanliness, and presentation of the spa area, including the hairdressing salon
- Conduct regular inventories and stock control of spa products and equipment
- Inform the Chief Stewardess when stock levels are low and assist with re-ordering
- Accurately log all treatments and update guest preferences on a daily basis
- Maintain exceptional hygiene, organisation, and care of all spa equipment and treatment areas
- Must be confident in facials, massages and nails
- Assist in housekeeping when not in the spa
