We are seeking an experienced and confident Head of House to lead the housekeeping department on a high-end 80m+ private/light charter yacht. You will be joining a close-knit, professional crew who enjoy working and spending time together.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage their housekeeping team to the highest standards. Wardrobe management experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of all interior living spaces
- Ensure the integrity and care of all surfaces, amenities, fixtures, furnishings, fabrics, carpets, and equipment
- Deliver consistent 5-star service while ensuring owner and guest needs are never compromised
- Oversee inventory, cleaning schedules, and housekeeping procedures
- Immediately report any damages, maintenance issues, or cleaning requirements to the Chief Stewardess
This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
