Essential Requirements: Previous private Chef experience, flexible, team player, drivers licence.
A wonderful opportunity for a private chef to work for a private family based in the South of France. Our clients require a professional and experienced chef who can provide daily meals for the family and guests. Daily cooking will include lunch and dinner and flexibility to provide breakfast when required.
The family enjoy casual, healthy food using fresh and seasonal ingredients. You will be required to menu plan, shop, provision and produce beautifully presented, well-balanced cuisine. They enjoy Italian and Mediterranean cuisine and enjoy fish, chicken, pasta along with an assortment of salads.
An innovative chef with creative ideas who is adaptable and flexible is essential. This is a fully staffed property with long-term staff, so it is key that you are a team player.
Numbers will vary throughout the season so essential that you are able to cater for a small and larger gatherings. The family will entertain on occasion as well.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and organisational skills along with a calm temperament and a can-do approach.
This is a seasonal, live out position based in St. Tropez. 6 day working week and occasional 7 day working week when family is in residence. Driver required. Salary negotiable based on experience. (HU3982)
