Summary
We are looking for a Kitesurfing Deckhand to join a 40m+ Support MY for a well known J-Class
This role includes responsibility for kitesurfing operations, including:
- Setup and breakdown
- Maintenance of equipment
- Assisting and guiding guests (guests are competent but appreciate tips and guidance)
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong watersports background With Kitesurfing experience/competence
- Can be new to the Industry, but must hold all yachting certificates
- Team-oriented, professional, and social
- Personality fit is essential – fun, sporty, balanced, and easy-going
The Package
- Salary: USD 2,800 per month
- Leave: 28 days per year
- 13th-month bonus
- Significant downtime with flexibility for Study time and weekends off during winter
