We are recruiting a Deckhand to join a fantasic dual season 100m private MY
This is a high-end private programme with established owners creating a stable, professional, and well-run operation.
They are Currently in the Caribbean for a busy winter season with regular family use and guest trips. The yacht will return to the Mediterranean for a full summer season, followed by a short yard period mid–late November, before continuing operations.
The deck team is strong led by two highly experienced Chief Officers. The onboard culture is professional but relaxed, with a strong focus on teamwork, respect, and longevity.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience on yachts 75m+ (busy private or charter preferred)
- YMO & Navigational Watch Rating In hand non negotiable
- B1/B2 visa in hand & valid Schengen
- Strong tender driving skills, including experience with tenders over 12m
- Confident with guest interaction in a family-style service environment
- Interest in golf is a bonus (owners are keen golfers)
Package
- Salary: $4,000 USD
- Rotation: 4:2
- Training: Unlimited training package
- Bonuses: Two annual performance bonuses + longevity bonus
