Summary
We are looking for a bosun for a 55m a busy dual-season charter sailing yacht
The crew is well-established and offers excellent continuity with many being on abord for 3+ years
The crew are sporty and outdoors-focused culture — sailing, kitesurfing, and watersports are very much part of life onboard.
The yacht is seeking a Bosun who is either ready to step up or has 6–12 months’ experience in a Bosun role on a similar sailing programme.
This is a hands-on position, particularly as they are undergoing a refit period before the med 2026 season
Ideal Candidate
- YMO in hand
- Confident team leader with solid deck sand maintenance skills
- Strong practical/technical ability
- Experienced with large tenders
- Sailing background highly beneficial
- Right to work in the EU / Schengen
Package
- Salary: €4,000 per month
- Tips: Split equally
- Leave: 60 days per year
- Bonus: Discretionary owner bonus
