HMG is recruiting for an experienced Sole Engineer (Y4 or above) to join a professionally run 41m Italian-built motor yacht operating throughout the South Pacific.
RINA class, full displacement motor yacht.
The role would suit someone who enjoys diving/fishing or being off the beaten path and traveling in remote locations.
The vessel is a newer build, offering a well-equipped and well-maintained platform. This role is open to international candidates with strong references and proven longevity on similar-sized yacht programs.
We are seeking a confident, self-sufficient engineer with strong technical capability and a professional, long-term mindset.

Package:
· Salary: AUD $180,000 per annum + super
(negotiable for the right candidate)
· Leave: Flexible rotation, starting from 42 days per year
