Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chef for a 45m Motor Yacht that operates Australian waters.
Ideally, we are not looking for someone with huge yachting experience who is set in their ways but more so great restaurant experience.
You need to be able to work autonomously; be able to build your own relationships with suppliers directly, be creative and a multi tasker!
The Owners have high expectations and standards. They expect high-end restaurant quality food.
Male chef needed due to cabin arrangements.
The yacht also Charters a fair bit so there are tips involved.
The Yacht needs someone creative, who thinks outside the square and can work in a team.
The crew on board are a mix of nationalities and are all active people who are professional in their approach to the program.
