Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Engineer for a 60m+ yacht
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Chief Engineer to lead the engineering team onboard a private/charter yacht.
Requirements
- C/E(MN)III/2 or III/2(Y1)
- Proven experience as Chief Engineer on yachts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong practical engineering skills and the ability to maintain the vessel to a high operational standard
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Previous shipyard experience would be an advantage
- Hands on and proactive
Start date: 1 March
Location: Italy
Salary: EUR TBC
Leave: 10:10
Vessel Program and itinerary- Currently in a short yard period ahead of a busy Med Season.
