Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Engineer for a 40m+ motor yacht.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Y3 or III/1
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Strong technical skills, proactive approach, with good leadership skills (assistant Engineer onboard)
- Ability to work well within a small team.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude are crucial for assisting other departments when necessary.
- Maintain the vessel in accordance with best practices and the existing PMS
Start date: March
Location: Spain
Salary: USD 10,000 DOE
Leave: 90 Days
Vessel & itinerary - Med summer, Pacific winter. Private usage.
