Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Officer for a 55m+ private/charter yacht.
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Chief Officer to join a prestigious motor yacht with a great crew on board.
Requirements
· Chief Mate 3000 GRT ticket
· ISM Certification
· Ship Security Officer
· PWC Instructor
· Proven experience as a chief officer
· Ability to lead deck crew and ensure smooth onboard operations.
· Experience providing training on safety protocols, navigation skills, and overall professional development.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with crew, guests, and third-party services.
· Hands- on and proactive
Other information- The boat runs with a U-Boat Worx Nemo submarine, which the selected Chief Officer will be trained to operate.

Salary: EUR 7500 +
