This is a hands-on role within a small crew of four, ideal for a confident sailor who values good seamanship, owner relations, and a well-run program. The yacht is professionally managed and based in Italy.

Package: Salary paid in Euros, good salary, medical insurance included, 38 days paid leave
Experience / Skills required
- MCA Master 200 GT – compulsory (applications without this certificate will not be considered)
- Minimum 1 year experience as Captain on sailing yachts of a similar size
- Strong sailing background with proven command experience
- Private experience essential; charter experience preferred
- Confident managing vessel operations, safety, crew management, and compliance
- Comfortable liaising with owners and management
- Calm, organised, and professional leadership style
Qualifications required
- MCA Master 200 GT (mandatory)
- STCW (fully updated)
- Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
- Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
